Michael Carey is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University with degrees in education and psychology. He received his Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Purdue University in 2009.

Pastor Michael answered God’s call to ministry in 2003. He spent a year at McCormick Theological Seminary and served in the Ministerial Fellowship at New Faith Baptist Church for 10 years. Michael has also served as the associate pastor for the Lighthouse Community Church since 2013
